The Hearts and Minds Partnership is a community of local voluntary and community sector (VCS) perinatal mental health services, it does not provide support to families directly.

The groups represented in the map provide support and wellbeing services to those experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties around the time of pregnancy and after birth (the perinatal period). Please be reminded that they are not crisis services. If you are currently in an emergency and feel you may injure yourself or someone else dial 999. Who Hearts & Minds are

We're a partnership of three perinatal mental health charities with more than 30 years' combined experience of growing grassroots services from scratch, as well as lived experience of the challenges faced by parents.
