Do I need support?

In our experience, everyone needs some support when expecting or having a child.  It's not ideal trying to do this alone.

Well done for making it to this website. If you want support, you're in the right place!

If you are feeling stressed, worried or not quite yourself during pregnancy or beyond, it can feel daunting to ask for help. But please be reassured, you are not alone.

Hearts & Minds is led by two charities run by people who have been there. They get what it's like to feel unsettled at this time of life during the transition to parenthood.

And there are charities and services like this all over the country - it's just knowing where to look. That's why we've put together our Map page and the resources in this section of our website.

We created our online map to help you find services who can offer wellbeing support for you, partners and other family members.

There are also many organisations who have different specialisms that might be great for you and your situation. Check out our Resources page to discover what else is available.
