We're Hiring . . . a Partnership Coordinator

The Hearts & Minds Partnership has an exciting opportunity for somebody new to join the team.

This part-time role of a Partnership Coordinator will work alongside the two Project Managers to support the delivery and development of our programme.

The role starts in January 2025 and runs until the summer of 2026. It is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.

If you're passionate about equitable perinatal mental health support, an exceptional project coordinator and a natural self-starter then this could be the role for you.
